The Fit Shop team are excited to announce a casual role for a Personal Trainer, with the aim to build into a part-time role over the next 3-6 months.
The Fit Shop Bayside is a Boutique fitness centre located in Cheltenham, VIC. Our focus is on providing a transformative approach to fitness that helps our clients feel fitter, stronger, and healthier for years to come.
We aim to create world-class experiences for our members and community in and out of the gym.
About the role:
This is a casual role for a Personal Trainer, with the aim to build into a part-time role over the next 3-6 months.
Our team members are responsible for providing world-class experiences via boot camp, semi-private and personal training sessions, reformer pilates as well as being involved in and developing community and outdoor programs and events.
Qualifications:
Minimum Certificate 3 & 4 in FitnessExperience planning and running large group training sessionsExperience in designing fitness programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well as a team and contribute to team goals.1-2 years experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.A great working environmentFlexibility with hours of workEducation and training provided (both in-house and externally)Opportunity to help run outdoor tripsOpportunity to create and run programs and eventsMentoring and regular feedbackThis is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to transition into a part-time/full-time role in the fitness industry.
