We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Office administration qualifications (Certificate IV as a minimum) or 5 years secretarial and administrative experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Demonstrated minute taking and agenda preparation experience for high level governance meetings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Well-developed organisational and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and employee affairs.
