An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and responsive Office Manager / non-traditional Executive Assistant to join a well-established financial services firm based in Melbourne's CBD.
This role supports the MD and GM and requires someone who has generalised experience where you are happy to take on different responsibilities to free up the administration side of the office.
As the Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities include: Handle inbound and outbound mail Order kitchen supplies File company bank statements for all bank accounts Coordinate IT issues with external providers Maintain and update Asset Register and company subscriptions annually Support with ASIC process and maintenance, including searches Manage project filing and group structure documentation Assist with setting up new entities and updating internal systems Basic EA support to senior managers Other duties as needed About you: We are looking for an experienced EA, PA or Office Manager who has worked within a professional or financial services environment.
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proactive and able to work independently Experience in office management and administrative support Happy to have a generalised role - non-traditional EA/ Office Management If you wish to apply, please do so online.
