We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team at Brothers Fusion Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu items, collaborating with our manager to manage costs and expenses, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement new menu items and specialsCollaborate with the manager to manage costs and expensesPrepare, cook, and present food to the highest standardsSupervise kitchen personnel and coordinate efforts to fulfill restaurant needsConduct inventory checks and place supply orders as neededEstimate restaurant expenses and provide guidance on cost controlProvide training and guidance to junior staff membersEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsRequirements: Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in a similar roleAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, or proper working rights in Australia
