Job Description Join the Brighton team as an Exercise Scientist , a role dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.
By combining traditional exercise science methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.
Responsibilities include: Actively engage on the training floor by conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients Apply scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clients Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury Complete a range of administrative duties Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards If you are a graduate/experienced Exercise Scientist, with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.
