What this opportunity involves: We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team assisting the Facilities Manager with all operational activities and administration dedicated to the Victorian Police account and based onsite with them. Key duties and responsibilities include: Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required Assist in financial processes Health & Safety Management Assist in maintaining premises in a compliant state and good working condition Assist in the implementation and management of portfolio risk management program What we are looking for?
