Facilities Manager - Electrical, Melbourne $160,000 - $175,000 + super and bonus Overview Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a lead facilities operations engineer to work on site at a large and complex data centre facility in Melbourne.
In this role, you will be working on site at a large, purpose-built data centre facility, leading a team of site technicians who are responsible for the maintenance of a complex, 24/7 critical environment.
Core Responsibilities Your core responsibilities will be to lead the team and help to develop and implement policies and procedures including MOP's, SOP's and workflow statements.
Furthermore, you will aide in the management and co-ordination of maintenance programs/plans.
Key Requirements Degree qualified or equivalent trade in Electrical Engineering In-depth knowledge of critical environment infrastructure - ie cooling towers, plant chillers, UPS etc Data Centre experience highly preferred but will consider experience in other highly critical environments Prior supervisory experience of specialist Electrical technicians Ability to lead with strong communication skills Customer focus Reporting skills and ability to use various IT packages / systems Strong understanding of compliance Australian Citizenship, or eligibility to apply for If you feel that you meet the above criteria, then please submit your application for consideration.
