An opportunity is now available for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Home and Community Care Team.
You will be part of the corporate team of this expanding and highly regarded not-for-profit organization, based in their central business district location.
In this vital role your responsibilities will include: Building and managing a team of Maintenance Officers and administrative support across various locations in Victoria (both metropolitan and regional) and Tasmania.
Implementing robust processes for record maintenance, compliance, and safety regulation adherence.
Overseeing the design scope of unit refurbishments.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervising contractor lists and coordination.
Managing service budgets for all facilities and conducting reviews as necessary.
Ensuring that Fire Safety and Environmental standards are upheld.
The successful applicants will: Possess excellent customer engagement skills, with the ability to build a team of professionals who also follow the same high standards of customer service.
Have demonstrated experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Residential Care or Retirement Living.
Possess demonstrated change management experience, specifically the ability to encourage staff to embrace new procedures and standards.
Have experience in acquisitions that reflect the high standard of living offered.
Have demonstrated experience in asset management.
