Facility Manager Residential Aged Care

Sanctuary Recruitment are working with a small provider to find an experienced Facility Manager to run a medium sized home in South East Melbourne.
The facility has recently undergone some compliance issues, so the person we are looking for is a dedicated Facility Manager with a strong leadership background and a proven track record in successfully managing and improving aged care facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in addressing and resolving compliance issues, with a keen ability to turn around underperforming facilities.
Whilst the team continue to strive for excellence, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facility Manager to lead their team through a period of significant change and improvement after the previous manager was there for 15+ years.
The Successful Candidate Must Have: AHPRA Registration Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior leadership role within an aged care setting.
Strong track record of successfully managing compliance issues and achieving regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Demonstrated experience in financial management and operational oversight.
Comprehensive knowledge of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
