To be considered, you must have the following attributes: Strong commitment to safety Strong work ethic Work additional hours (O/T) to suit increase in workload Able to communicate clearly Experience using Pneumatic hand tools (desirable but not essential)Quality focused – high attention to detail Knowledge, Skills, Experience: Demonstrated experience to carry out safe work practices with 100% compliance to company WHSE practices and safe work instructions. Demonstrated ability or aptitude to carry out technical requirements of roles, including previous experience working safely with machinery, tooling, manufacturing, and manual handling processes. Ability to read technical data sheets, bills of materials, technical drawings, perform material breakdowns, optimize material lengths, and apply out of square measurements. Strength and physical capability to carry out manual handling aspects of the role safely. Takes pride in work completed and presentation of work areas, accountability for completing assigned work within accepted timelines, and punctuality. Fosters positive working relationships with all internal teams. The final application process will include a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
