As a Strata Manager, or Senior Strata Manager, you'll be connecting with owners of strata complexes in the Greater Perth region, as well as related industry connections.
To help with our ongoing growth, we're seeking a highly process-oriented, customer-focused individual who: Gets things done quickly and maintains a high standard – Efficiently address and resolve allocated tasks in a timely manner, while advising on all aspects of Strata Management.
Is great at finding solutions - Resolve support requests within our 'Town Square' platform and proactively address potential issues within your diverse portfolio of strata schemes.
Is tech-savvy - Retrieve general information from various platforms, including Property IQ accounting software to address client requests.
Has a passion for people and great customer service – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships both externally and internally.
What you'll bring: Strata industry experience.
Proven success in new client communications.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong focus on always delivering a positive customer experience.
A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to operate effectively in a Values/Behaviour based organisation and role model behaviours.
