The Challenge
OneTrust is looking for a high energy, data-driven and passionate Field Marketing Specialist who will work closely with field sales, global partners and the global marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role will play an active role for the sales teams in ensuring they are benefitting from global marketing programs as well as executing programs to ensure success within their aligned region.
Your Mission
Work with marketing and sales leadership to plan, execute and track impactful quarterly, integrated marketing plans that meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Build and execute mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate leads and opportunities through the funnel, and generate pipeline and revenue in partnership with the APAC regional sales organization
Own and execute our APAC third-party and OneTrust-hosted events strategy
In collaboration with OneTrust Partner Managers, build programs that extend the OneTrust message through our Channel network
Work closely with OneTrust's ABM team on digital account-based marketing campaigns for both land and expand motions, with responsibility for in region execution
Utilize systems and tools like SFDC to forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and conversion against pipeline goals
Track spend against quarterly and annual regional budget allocation
Manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment
You Are
6+ years of building and executing regional marketing programs and marketing plans at a B2B SaaS organization
Direct experience in marketing to Strategic and Enterprise account segments using a variety of channel including digital, events, ABM and more
Experience with developing, executing, and tracking results tied to integrated campaigns
Ability to partner with various teams and stakeholders to drive results
Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status
Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex fast-paced, results driven environments
Decisive with the ability to shift gears between thinking and doing
