Job Description The opportunity: We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a flexible part-time 0.6 FTE capacity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process supplier invoices into the accounting system (Microsoft Business Central / Continia) in a timely manner. Obtain appropriate approvals for payment. Supplier statement reconciliations and issue resolution. Creation of new supplier accounts and maintenance of supplier records. Assist other members of the organisation with accounts queries. Provide support to the Finance team as required. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful for this role you will have: Excellent attention to detail and communication skills – written and spoken. Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role. Ability to work as part of the Finance team and also independently. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
