Drive consistency in reporting and process including driving NAB Finance's strategy to modernise Finance. In this Finance Partner role, you will Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive review, identifying opportunities for performance improvement. Support the production of half-yearly external reporting requirements; consolidated by the Personal Banking Finance Central Reporting team. Build up knowledge of the Domains to challenge the benefits profiles as it is critical to the value being delivered on the slate investment, holding Finance and Domain delivery teams accountable on cost and revenue benefits. Support Retail leaders with understanding P&L and levers available to influence performance. Be a key contributor to the maintenance of a strong PB balance sheet control and understanding through central oversight of the sign off balance sheet reconciliations including ensuring aged balances are cleared and reconciliation breaks are clearly understood and providing detailed analysis and information to support the FDC process. What you'll bring Stakeholder management expertise where you can constructively challenge management's proposals and decisions in relation to the performance of the relevant Business Unit. Years of professional experience in Finance/Financial Services/Accounting/Corporate Reporting. Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business/Finance. CA/CPA preferable. Capability to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment. Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills and ideally some exposure to Power BI. Experience with senior stakeholder management. Awareness of process, risk and controls on reporting and analysis.
