About the role: Handle the end-to-end process of equipment and truck rentals, including booking, scheduling, and dispatching according to customer requirements.
Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide information on available equipment, and offer solutions that meet their specifications.
Coordinate transportation, delivery, and collection of rented machinery and vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate records of available equipment, monitor stock levels, and liaise with the procurement team to replenish stock as necessary.
Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Address any issues or concerns related to rentals, resolving them promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
About you: Previous experience in a similar role within the truck or machinery hire industry is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with customers and internal teams.
Strong focus on accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Familiarity with rental management software and MS Office suite.
Proven ability to handle challenging situations and find effective solutions.
