About the role: As an experienced Functional Business Analyst, you will join and support our amazing Digital Customer Solutions team.
You'll be empowered as the subject matter expert across customer-related functionalities, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and practical solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Your deep knowledge of end-to-end process mapping and system functionalities, applications, and integrations will be essential in shaping Jemena's customer experience.
You will support the business by helping improve and scale systems to meet evolving needs, keeping Jemena at the forefront of the energy industry.
This is a 12 month fixed-term position with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities: Lead new initiatives by translating business requirements into feasible technical solutions and providing project expertise.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates and effective delivery of projects.
Facilitate workshops to identify customer needs and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Contribute to governance, road mapping, and strategic efforts to optimize Jemena's customer portfolio.
Provide mentorship and support for business-as-usual (BAU) operations while driving continuous project improvements.
About You: Strong background in project management, business analysis, process mapping.
Skilled in leading teams, solving complex challenges, and fostering continuous learning.
Excellent at stakeholder management, process improvement, and workshop facilitation.
Comfortable working with AWS cloud, SAP CRM, and custom-built software solutions.
Able to manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery of both new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
