Sales Representative – Full-Time Location: Brighton Showroom Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a high-performance, customer-centric environment? Key Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face furniture sales within our Brighton showroom, delivering outstanding customer service.
Assist customers in selecting the right furniture to meet their preferences and needs.
Maintain and contribute to the overall showroom operations, ensuring furniture displays are always presented attractively.
Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails, providing the necessary information and support.
Generate and send customer invoices using Shopify.
Proactively follow up with customers for reviews, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience.
Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationship-building.
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and other teams as required to contribute to company success.
Ideal Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Preferable if you live locally to the showroom.
Working Hours: This is a full-time role with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week (specific days to be confirmed).
