Duties include: Sales and marketing efforts, developing strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the hotel's brand presence.
Participating in strategic planning.
Staying current with market trends, analysing financial performance, and formulating sustainable growth and profitability plans.
Working closely with the various departments to ensure smooth operations across all areas - front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning.
Being effectively involved in the local and regional communities.
