$130,000 – $140,000 per year + super + bonus Executive Search International is currently on the recruitment drive for a General Manager Four stars international hotel 110 ++ keys With a 5.5 m turnover in F&B operations Note that this property is part of an international brand of 4 -4.5 and 5-star Hotels and Resorts For this position, the General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of this very busy 4-star hotel, which features 110 + rooms and suites, two food and beverage outlets, and conference facilities.
Duties include: Sales and marketing efforts, developing strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the hotel's brand presence.
Participating in strategic planning.
Staying current with market trends, analysing financial performance, and formulating sustainable growth and profitability plans.
Working closely with the various departments to ensure smooth operations across all areas - front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning.
Being effectively involved in the local and regional communities.
