What this opportunity involves: The General Manager at 440 Collins St & 459 Lt Collins St serves as the primary liaison with the Lendlease Investment Manager. The role involves managing premium assets, enhancing tenant experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager must have a strong grasp of the commercial real estate industry and excellent leadership skills. An overview of the role: Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the Lendlease Investment Manager. Address concerns, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Asset Management: Understand and comply with property management agreements. Oversee operations, including financial performance, leasing, and tenant relations. Collaborate with the Investment Manager to develop strategic property plans. Customer Retention: Create and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty. Engage proactively with tenants to understand their needs and strengthen relationships. Work with marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives. Financial Performance: Maximize financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to enhance revenue streams. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Conduct performance assessments and develop succession plans. Ensure all team members receive necessary training. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement risk management practices and focus on safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred). Licenses and Experience: Real Estate Licence in the relevant State/Territory. Proven experience as a General Manager in premium assets. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
