The General Manager will lead people and operations across sales, fixed operations, and finance and insurance.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, proven experience in strategic thinking and execution, and values-based leadership.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement business strategies to maintain profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement targets.
Oversee dealership operations to ensure effectiveness, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Manage and monitor budgets, financial records, and stock levels.
Maintain compliance and effectively manage business risks.
Contribute to the senior leadership of the CMI Toyota group.
