Lead, manage and inform the finance and operation functions for Archies Footwear and execute on an exciting global growth strategy. The Role: Archies Footwear is adding a newly created GM – Finance & Operations to support the execution of their global growth agenda. Reporting to our founder, you will lead the execution of monthly finance and reporting processes, provide insight on business performance and drive operations teams to deliver against the business strategy.Identifying process and efficiency opportunities, you will manage cash flow tightly and work with external partners to ensure profit objectives are delivered.
