The business is in an exciting phase of growth and innovation, and we are seeking an experienced generalist HR leader to join our leadership team to shape, drive and execute the ANZ HR Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving results both locally for the ANZ market and for the global HR function.
Key Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity Develop and implement learning and development programs that promote growth Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and risk management protocols Drive HR operational efficiency through process improvement and best practices Champion organisational development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives Skills & Experience: Tertiary Qualifications - Human Resources/Business or related discipline Exceptional leadership and management skills with a proven track record Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends Experience in a matrix organisation and working within virtual, cross-cultural teams The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on and lead HR and change initiatives in a dynamic environment, while fostering and driving excellence.
