Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager Student Experience is accountable for the end-to-end student lifecycle from student recruitment, enrolment and onboarding, support services throughout their time as a student, and ensuring the best employment opportunities are offered post-graduation.
You will ensure the student experience value chain delivers a high-quality outcome to enhance the reputation of Suni TAFE for the educational experience.
Leading a team of five direct reports, you will drive a student centric model of customer service across touchpoints including campus reception, phone contact enquiries and online support.
You will leverage stakeholder partnerships with industry, employers and other educational providers to improve the performance of Suni TAFE, ultimately positioning them as the region's major vocational education training provider.
Driving a student-centric focus across all operational functions, you will build a reputation for educational excellence, alumni activity and student success.
A highly regarded executive leader with experience in leading and driving customer experience, you will bring leadership and management experience from a large environment within the education, public sector, or private sector.
Having demonstrated the capability to drive and implement change across an organisation, you will manage a range of change projects under pressure within a strategic framework.
You will lead a high performing team in the delivery of customer service, ultimately improving student satisfaction rates, enabling students to study and improving employment outcomes of graduates.
