Salary: 210 K AUD Annually + Super + 10% Bonus.
Job Summary: The AVP of Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the BPO operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, continuous process improvement, and exceeding client expectations.
The role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Direct and manage the overall operations of the BPO, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth and improvement.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
