The Role The National Golf Club is looking to engage a full-time Golf Operations Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The primary responsibility of the Golf Operations Assistant is to assist in the daily operations of the golf facility, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities The Golf Operations Assistant will be responsible for: Assisting with the management of tee time reservations.
Assisting in the inventory management of golf equipment and supplies.
Providing exceptional customer service to all members and their guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the golf shop, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations Manager.
About You The successful candidate will have the following skills and background: Golf knowledge and an interest in golf, preferred.
Strong communication skills, and ability to build rapport with members and guests.
Flexibility to work weekends, flexible hours, and public holidays as required.
A sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
Full working rights in Australia.
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, display initiative, and act with professionalism at all times.
