Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor Permanent Role Competitive Salary & Package 1st Select are working in partnership with a large multidisciplinary consultancy based in the heart of Leeds.
2024 has seen record instructions for new projects, and due to this extra work, we require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects.
As a Building Surveyor, your role will be to work alongside Senior Building Surveyors in designing and managing projects and professional work.
Full APC support will be given, and they have a 100% success rate in 2023/24 sittings! Key Responsibilities Deliver projects, commissions, and professional services.
Assist with undertaking building surveys, taking particulars on site, attending meetings, specifications, estimates, PPM, and contracts administration.
Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes.
Assist with the supervision of building work on site.
Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of property.
