Congratulations on completing your Occupational Therapy studies! Applying for jobs and interviewing can be daunting, but it opens your eyes to new sectors and industries. In the last three years, we have successfully onboarded and trained over 40 Graduate Occupational Therapists with our industry-leading training modules and new graduate program. Start dates can be flexible throughout January to March 2025 depending on your preference. If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS. You will work alongside 80+ dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, performing clinical services for participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests, playing an integral part in clients' personal growth and development. Responsibilities The types of assessments and interventions you will complete include: Skill building and capacity building Functional assessments Sensory assessments Assistive technology assessments Home and living assessments Home modification assessments You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and ORS clinics. Graduate Program You will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program, which includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Work-Life Balance At ORS, we believe in the importance of a healthy work-life balance. We provide resources for our staff to work from home, aim to minimize excess travel, and give you ownership of your calendar to book appointments that suit your schedule. We also offer suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking, part-time work, reduced hours, or a compressed 9-day fortnight after probation, and an extra week of annual leave per year upon completion of three years of service. Learning and Development ORS values the clinical and professional development of our staff. You will connect with discipline-specific experts with over 20 years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience for one-on-one and group training sessions.
