Graduate Site Engineer

Job Title: Graduate Site Engineer Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £27,500 Role Overview: My client is looking for a graduate who is looking to progress their career as a site engineer.
The Site engineer will be responsible for shadowing the contracts team and becoming familiar with site activities and management systems.
The trainee will actively participate in various site-related tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out pre-contract site surveys to gather necessary data and information.
Shadow the site induction and Toolbox Talk (TBT) processes, attending all those carried out by the Site Manager.
Become conversant with and understand the scope of work to be carried out on the site.
Understand the overall site program and assist in creating fortnightly programs.
Become familiar with and understand cost recording procedures to support efficient project management.
Qualifications Required: Right to work in the UK (NOT on a graduate Visa) CSCS Card (Achieved or working towards) Degree in Civil Engineering or masters Ambition to work towards Professional Accreditation relevant to the role.
Full UK Driver's License.
