The Opportunity As part of our ongoing national expansion, we are excited to announce the creation of a new role: Group Quality Manager.
This national position will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all our operations.
The Role As the Group Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading the quality team on a national level Developing, implementing, and maintaining company quality standards Setting and overseeing customer service standards and communicating findings Enhancing production, process, and system efficiencies Maintaining thorough documentation of system efficiencies Creating and managing quality control processes and addressing quality issues Preparing and delivering quality reports About You You will need to bring: A strong awareness of safety Critical thinking skills for evaluating solutions to problems Excellent organizational and time management abilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A high level of responsibility, honesty, and integrity A supportive attitude toward raising concerns and respecting others A commitment to fostering a diverse work environment and sharing knowledge Strong attention to detail Qualifications and Experience To excel in this role, you should have: A BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field, with postgraduate qualifications in Quality Over 5 years of experience in quality management Proficiency with precision measuring tools Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000 & 45001) is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of calibration and the ability to read blueprints Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills This is a full-time position A full medical examination is required Police clearances are required for this position If you are ready to shape this new role and drive quality excellence in our expanding operations, we invite you to apply.
