Responsibilities: Design, execute and successfully complete projects following sound project management methodology and processes established by the IT Practice Lead Actively engage in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring that the project objectives and client expectations are exceeded.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on assistance to Help Desk Analysts, using your skills and experience to assist them with escalated issues and sharing best practices.
Engage directly in hands-on technical tasks, such as configuring servers, managing networks, and troubleshooting end-user equipment, ensuring that you remain deeply involved in the technical aspects of project delivery.
Required Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery Experience working in a managed services or outsourced IT environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Servers, Networks, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, and End-User equipment is required.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, timely and efficient IT solutions in a fast-paced environment.
