Lead the team: Develop and implement effective processes.
Manage student discipline: Ensure adherence to school policies.
Promote inclusivity: Foster student well-being and engagement.

Responsibilities Operations management: Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Non-attendance management: Improve class attendance and utilisation rates.
Fund uploads and data rectifications: Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Invoice processing compliance: Adhere to protocols.
Outreach and scheduling: Manage transition to a case management system with students.
Student tracking and withdrawals: Manage records for funded students.
Onboarding and leave management: Ensure smooth administrative processes.
Workload distribution: Optimise the administrative team's productivity.
What You Bring The ideal candidate for this Head of Administration position brings extensive experience in enrolment and student care services within an RTO setting.
You possess strong leadership skills, particularly in a customer service environment.
Your consultative skills are matched by your passion for training and developing students.
With a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and accreditation's, you are able to navigate complex compliance requirements with ease.
Your ability to build positive working relationships is key to your success in this role.
