We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development to lead our partnership strategy and execution within AU and NZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. This role requires exceptional negotiation abilities and stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by proactively hunting deals, cultivating relationships, and leveraging existing networks (AU & NZ), rather than relying solely on incoming leads. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, including negotiations and deal structuring. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure mutual success. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership. Stay updated on industry trends to uncover new opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnership initiatives. Lead by example, achieving personal sales targets whilst building and scaling the sales team as needed over time. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and build a strong deal pipeline. Collaborate with other departments to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles, with a proven track record of success. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel up to 50%, as needed. Experience in remote staffing industry a plus.
