Teaching - Secondary (Education & Training)Full time The Geelong College is seeking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Careers and Student Pathways who will be responsible for overseeing the Careers Team and provide a positive and futures-focused outlook/pathway for all Senior School students of The College. The Head of Careers and Student Pathways will work with the Careers Educator, Assistant Careers Educator, senior educators and pastoral leaders to ensure appropriate tertiary and career pathways are developed for students, beyond their secondary schooling years. Qualifications and Experience Relevant experience gained in a similar role within an education setting Has attained or working towards Certificate IV in Career Development and/or Post-graduate qualifications in Career Development (e.g. Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development)Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration (or ability to obtain)Hold a current First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HTLAID009) and asthma qualification Evidence of Right to Work in Australia Completion of the College anaphylaxis or 22578 VIC anaphylaxis qualification To apply, please submit your application online.
