As Head of Commercial, you will develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that enhances profitability, drives growth across various channels, and fosters a collaborative team culture. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, improving margins and strengthening the team following recent changes.

Extensive senior-level experience in sales & category management within progressive retail & pharmacy channel FMCG organisationsA commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in significantly growing market share and entering new categoriesDemonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and margin growthStrong customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining robust customer relationshipsEstablished skillset in use of data analytics to drive insights, product innovation and market strategy, with the ability to drive propositions and manage a team effectivelyLeadership Expertise:
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectivesStrong experience in leading and managing teams, providing direction and motivating team members to achieve high performanceExpertise in identifying and leading the development of new business opportunities, managing key accounts and expanding market presenceExperience working within an Executive Leadership Team with demonstrated ability to drive business growth and improve organisational capabilityBusiness Partnering:
