In this Head of role, you will:
Be Responsible for designing and delivering the transformation of NAB Group's Culture ambitions and supporting the execution of culture initiatives and projects (incl. culture and risk reporting, stakeholder/team culture deep dives and the development and implementation of targeted specific initiatives).
Provide insight on culture reporting content, communications and data and insights.
Subject matter expert for culture and leadership related insights required by business partners.
Drive the baseline and ongoing measurement of NAB's culture to demonstrate progress and hotspot areas of focus.
Support interpretation and understanding of insights with a wide range of stakeholders (CPO, SMPA, ELG, other COEs & Leaders) and guide initiatives to support uplift on culture and leadership.
Support key projects such as ELG Forums, NAB Senior Leaders Group events.
What you will bring:
Extensive experience and knowledge of Culture strategy development and execution.
Trusted advisor who influences outcomes with senior executives/stakeholders and/or mitigates issues to achieve outcomes.
Significant years of experience in organisational development, HR/Research/culture/leadership.
Strong strategic thinking capability along with knowledge of the internal and external of broker distribution system.
Expertise in leading global programs in complex organisations.
HR/Psychology/Research qualifications preferred.
