Head of Customer Success (Remote Hybrid) At Visory, we're all about empowering businesses to unlock their full potential.
Launched in early 2020, we are a fast growing start up, and we have built Australia and New Zealand's first digital bookkeeping solution that supports small to medium sized businesses.
We supercharge their financial back-office by connecting them to a marketplace of certified Bookkeeping and Payroll Experts, backed by our powerful digital platform of best practice workflows.
The result; clean books, oversight of key financial indicators and freedom from their back-office so they can get back to big picture growth.
The Opportunity This role is not just about managing a team—it's about crafting strategies and building a customer-centric culture that drives satisfaction, retention, and growth across our entire customer base.
You'll be steering the direction of our customer success efforts, making sure our customers achieve consistent value while positioning Visory as a trusted partner in their business journey.
As our customer base grows, your role will be key in scaling our customer success operations.
You'll be setting the vision and ensuring the processes and tools are in place to support a seamless customer journey at every stage.
But it's not just about strategy—execution matters.
You'll lead a team that's focused on rolling out exciting new product features, optimising processes, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure they are always moving forward.
We're looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, someone who can balance the big picture with the details and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience in leading customer success or account management teams, ideally in financial services or technology.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and driving results.
Expertise in scaling customer success processes and implementing best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
