Combining people management and high-level educational support, we are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to Christian education and can provide innovative and energetic leadership to the Education Support team.
This role will lead, co-ordinate and administer the Kinder to Year 12 Education Support Program for students with specific additional needs.
These needs include intellectual, social, emotional, behavioural and physical difficulties.
In addition, this position also extends to supporting gifted, talented and exceptional students.
This role will work to ensure classroom differentiation is a consistent and effective pedagogical practice among all teachers and aides.
Leading a team of diverse learning assistants, the Head of Education Support will work closely with their team members, teachers, students and parents alike, taking pride in their exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
