Carrum Downs Campus Full-Time, Permanent Commencing January 2025 Applications are invited from experienced leaders to join our Education Support team in Carrum Downs.
We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to Christian education and can provide innovative and energetic leadership to the Education Support team.
This role will lead, coordinate, and administer the Kinder to Year 12 Education Support Program for students with specific additional needs, including intellectual, social, emotional, behavioral, and physical difficulties.
This position also extends to supporting gifted, talented, and exceptional students, ensuring classroom differentiation is a consistent and effective pedagogical practice among all teachers and aides.
Leading a team of diverse learning assistants, the Head of Education Support will work closely with their team members, teachers, students, and parents, taking pride in their exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
