No to Violence (NTV) is Australia's peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence.
We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector.
We operate the Men's Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence.

About the role The Head of ICT and Data is hands-on role that involves overseeing and managing all aspects of ICT and data management at NTV.
The responsibilities include ensuring NTV has effective ICT management, data analysis, project management, and ICT infrastructure management.
The Head of ICT and Data oversees NTV's ICT systems, infrastructure, data, and reporting.
Additionally, this role oversees NTV's information systems and technology infrastructure, including developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT projects, ensuring data security and integrity, as well as providing technical training and support to staff.
About you • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field or relevant experience in a similar role (not for profit environment highly desirable) • Thorough knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and security protocols, including NIST and Essential 8 Framework, Microsoft 365 Suite • Experience in ICT management and data analytics • Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing and database management • Proficiency in Salesforce, data analysis tools and software • Demonstrated project management experience • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software and data management • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven team-oriented approach to work, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and co-ordinate information flows within the team and with other business areas.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
