ELTHAM College is seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic manager to lead their team of Information Communication Technology professionals in a full-time, ongoing position.

The Head of ICT reports to the Director of Business and Operations and is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the ICT and AV functions of the College including the infrastructure, service portfolio and associated technical support team.
This position collaborates widely with key stakeholders to implement and embed the ICT strategy, systems, projects, initiatives and policies to achieve the College's strategic objectives.
The role ensures that the ICT function operates effectively, provides optimal support, and high-quality customer service.
This is a senior leadership position and requires work flexibility with the ability to occasionally work after normal business hours, and on weekends or public holidays, if required.
