About the Opportunity John Paul College seeks a dynamic and experienced Head of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) to lead and inspire our OSHC team and build an engaging, safe, and inclusive program for children before and after school, as well as during vacations. This is an exciting opportunity for an educational leader to shape and grow our OSHC programs within our vibrant school community. The Head of OSHC will be a qualified education professional responsible for: Developing and delivering enriching OSHC programs aligned with John Paul College's educational philosophy. Leading and mentoring a dedicated team to deliver quality care and innovative learning experiences. Managing all aspects of OSHC operations, including safety standards, program scheduling, and compliance with regulations. Building strong relationships with families and the broader school community to support children's development and wellbeing. About You The ideal candidate will: Hold a degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood, or related field and have at least 5 years of leadership experience in OSHC or a similar setting. Demonstrate strong knowledge of OSHC frameworks, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place. Exhibit excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to build a collaborative, professional OSHC team environment. Be an enthusiastic leader with a commitment to continuous improvement and child-centred care.
