The Role As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and building a values-driven culture across this growing Australian business.
You will partner with the Executive Team to develop and implement a comprehensive P&C strategy that supports business growth objectives.
Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive P&C strategy that supports the business growth objectives, ensuring prioritization of best practice governance and employee engagement.
Lead the reward and incentive strategy in an ASX context.
Work closely with the Executive Team and Finance for the annual performance and remuneration review for all eligible team members.
Coach, guide, and advise senior management regarding employee relations, partnering with the Executive Team to create a motivating, supportive, and productive work environment across all levels of the organization.
Develop and deliver strategic P&C plans to fit with the overall business growth.
Drive talent acquisition - directly or with agencies, lead the recruitment process across all positions, and support the development of a strong talent pipeline via internal/external networking.
Drive talent management processes and programs including continuous learning and development.
Develop group-wide strategies to embed inclusion and diversity initiatives.
Drive a values-based, results-driven culture closely aligned to values.
Ensure training plans are developed and implemented with a focus on continuous improvement with professional development throughout the business.
Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures.
Lead a project to implement an HRIS.
Policy research, development, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
About You A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required (Master's degree is preferred).
Strong experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Remuneration & Performance in an ASX context.
Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated high level of integrity and professionalism.
