Management (Information & Communication Technology) My client is looking for an experienced Head of People Technology to lead and transform their HR technology landscape.
Reporting directly to the GM, this is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing a strategic technology roadmap across all Human Capital Management (SAP, UKG and Kronos), payroll (SAP ECP) and team member management systems.
You will play a pivotal role in driving technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and support the business's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Shape and deliver the People Technology strategy, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and future-ready.
Oversee the evolution of HR systems across payroll, clocking, and workforce management.
Program Delivery: Lead large-scale transformational technology programs, ensuring business benefits are realized through innovative solutions that improve operational and employee outcomes.
Technology Operations: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the entire tech stack.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders, influencing technology decisions and ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
About You: 10+ years of experience in HR technology, digital transformation, payroll systems, and workforce management.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale technology programs.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Expertise in vendor management, particularly with partners such as SAP, Microsoft, and Accenture.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of HRIS platforms, software architecture, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
