Account & Relationship Management (Sales) FOREO Oceania is looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development to generate sales via creating strong and effective retail partnerships.
Experience within the beauty/wellness category and with leading Australian retailers is desirable but not essential. Opportunity to work in a supportive, flexible environment for an innovative and leading global brand in the beauty-tech space.
The right candidate will develop sales strategies, plan and coordinate efforts to achieve growth for our key retailers.
FOREO Head of Sales and Business Development will need to demonstrate an ability to sell, manage key accounts and work collaboratively with the Marketing team to create innovative class leading propositions for our top retail partners and customers.
They will be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and supremely organised.
Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills are essential.
Core responsibilities for Head of Sales and Business Development: Focus on sales growth Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets, as set in collaboration with the Director Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets Maintain a full pipeline of sales Build and strengthen retail partnerships and relationships (B&M and E-commerce) Partner with retailers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Successfully launch NPD and update range for key retailers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships Insights-driven performance and relationships Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Working knowledge of marketing principals Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Lead FOREO team on sales Manage the sales team, including reporting on KPIs Create weekly and monthly sales report to track and offer insights to the trading pattern of the business Requirements to be successful in this role: Proven account management experience, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales executive, account manager, sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Working knowledge of marketing and brand building principals Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills BA/BS degree or equivalent Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
