Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess an engaging Science curriculum for secondary students in line with the Australian Curriculum Coach and mentor colleagues Supervise execution of subject plans Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs using 21st Century Pedagogy Lead a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of excellence in learning and teaching Facilitate colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning Lead school-wide initiatives and professional development activities Support the school's Christian ethos and values, integrating them into the curriculum and school life Skills Required: A relevant teaching qualification and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Demonstrated experience in teaching Science Proven leadership experience Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a collaborative teaching environment Commitment to the ethos and values of Christian education If you are a passionate and dedicated teacher, looking for a leadership position within a dynamic and supportive school community, APPLY NOW! #J-18808-Ljbffr
