You will also be working closely with our Media Agency to develop our media strategy, negotiate our partnerships and campaigns, and plan and execute the marketing plan.
The role This key role will form part of the General Manager of Media Leadership Team, along with Head of Digital, Head of Search & Head of Social Media.

Key responsibilities: Leadership Create a high-performing team & culture Lead, develop and grow team capability against objectives and development goals Play a key leadership role across the Media Team, driving engagement and development Lead our Media agency to deliver on Media and Business strategy Strategy Develop and communicate the Traditional Media plan delivering to Sportsbet & Growth Team objectives Drive the evolution of Traditional Media delivering best-in-class customer experience through innovative solutions Identify new opportunities to further grow Sportsbet Execution & Technology Structure self and team to effectively deliver on our marketing plan Develop and implement processes to leverage partners for resource and operational efficiencies Relationship Management & People Manage and foster partnerships internally and externally Nurture relationships, PMG, Media Partners, Internal stakeholders & other key partners Grow media & partnership portfolio in line with the strategy You We are looking for an individual who has a passion for Sport willing to go the extra mile and enjoys taking your team and stakeholders on a journey of change.
We are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record working across the Media and Partnerships space in a manager role.
Someone who is commercially sound and always strives to put the Customer first and last.
