What you will be doing The Head of Infectious Disease must have the ability to form a vision for the Unit and work towards achieving that plan.
They must be able to work collegiately in order to create an environment of cohesion and collaboration.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced physician who is able to bring professional qualities to the role which includes being an effective communicator and multidisciplinary team player, bringing with them the attributes of clinical expertise, academic abilities, and professional qualities.
Hold current general and specialist registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Recognised as an accredited Specialist in Infectious Diseases by the Specialist Advisory Committee of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Leadership and clinical management skills Direct experience of quality activities in infection management including antimicrobial stewardship What Next Apply NOW!
