I have an exciting opportunity for a Head of WMS (Warehouse Management System) to lead and deliver a multi-year program of work within one of Australia's largest and most successful retailers.

You'll be joining a business that operates at significant scale, servicing millions of customers across a broad network of stores and distribution centres.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the end-to-end implementation and management of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) across the business Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, domestic and B2 C supply chain and the vendor to ensure seamless integration and ongoing system enhancements Build and mentor a team of specialists dedicated to optimising WMS performance Set and manage WMS objectives and KPIs to align with the broader business goals Act as the key decision-maker for WMS product development, ensuring the solution is fit-for-purpose and future-proofed Manage the product backlog, prioritising features and developments that will have the greatest impact on business operations What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a leadership role managing WMS or supply chain systems Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, from senior executives to operational teams A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience with large-scale systems implementation, preferably in a retail, 3 PL or FMCG environment Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful project delivery What's on Offer: The opportunity to play a critical role in a five-year transformation program that will shape the future of this large retail business A dynamic and fast-paced environment that fosters innovation and growth A leadership position where your decisions will have a direct impact on millions of customers and the future of the organisation Competitive salary and benefits package with an attractive STI If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead a critical function within a major Australian retailer, please call Carl Stephen on 0483 914 989 or hit the apply now button.
