In this role, you play a crucial part in supporting the Partner and National Head of Health, Safety, and Security to implement ISO-compliant management systems and practices to mitigate business risks to Knight Frank Australia.
Key responsibilities: Efficiently implementing all HSE procedures and guidelines across the company, with a focus on Asset Management Services (AMS).
Assist the AMS service line with client WHS audits Completing assigned ISO/HSE audits Conducting risk assessments.
Creating, drafting, and approving HSE-related policies, procedures, guidelines, instructions, forms, and templates.
To keep an eye on AMS incident reports via the Facilities Response Centre (FRC) application.
To support the Resolve GRC software application configuration as needed.

Requirements: Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma desirable).
Knowledge of National Work Health and Safety legislation.
Understanding of the operational delivery of Work Health and Safety systems.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor desirable.
Practical experience in training and assessment.
Knowledge of HSE software applications (Donesafe desirable).
