Health Services Manager (At Home Aged Care) Full time Lead a dynamic team to deliver top-tier health services on-site and in the community, ensuring exceptional care for clients.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to innovate health service programs and adapt to emerging trends in the At Home Aged Care sector.
About the role The Clinical Services Manager will lead the Nursing and Allied Health Services within our At Home Aged Care division.
This pivotal role involves developing and implementing industry-leading clinical programs, managing clinical governance practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality health services.
You will oversee a dedicated team of clinicians, driving clinical excellence while meeting key performance indicators and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team to provide exceptional health services on-site and in the community.
Implement a clinical competency framework that meets regulatory standards.
Ensure effective delivery of clinical services and prioritise quality care.
Oversee clinical governance to embed best practices organisation-wide.
Collaborate with stakeholders on health service programs and care models.
Foster teamwork and autonomy among team members.
Prepare reports on service metrics and outcomes.
Ensure timely delivery of services and optimise planning.
Contribute to business case development for service improvements.
About you What you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration in Nursing and/or Allied Health.
Extensive clinical experience in aged care, particularly in home and community care settings.
Proven experience managing clinical staff in complex environments.
Strong background in developing clinical programs and conducting data-driven analysis.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant programs (HCP, STRC).
Proficiency in core operational systems (e.g., Care Link+, Risk Man) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
Understanding of home care operations, including rostering and workforce management.
